Shipping Policy

 

We offer flat rate standard shipping for all orders within Australia:

• $9.95 for deliveries to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA

• $14.95 for deliveries to WA, TAS, and NT

Orders are processed and dispatched within our standard handling times. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location.

*All postage rates incl. GST.

All care is taken by MOR packaging your goods to be shipped by Australia Post.

Please allow 1-2 business days from the time that you place your order for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your order will be subject to the estimated delivery times set out below.

Please note that during peak periods (such as public holidays, the months of November and December and promotional sale periods) there may be a delay in the dispatch times and/or the estimated delivery times.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Your order is estimated to arrive within 5 -10 business days after it has been dispatched.

Please note that the delivery times of our third party courier service provider set out above are estimates only. They may be impacted, from time to time, due to increased volumes with the carrier’s delivery network and any such delays in the delivery of your order are outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship internationally for orders placed on the Australian website.
